The plasma spraying ceramic materials which fiber wear-resistant coating use mainly are aluminium oxide, titanium oxide and chromic oxide. These kinds of materials have the performance of high hardness, corrosion resistance and good toughness. Under condition of insufficient lubrication and heat dissipation, it has excellent and stable abrasion resistance and antifriction performance. The coating structure is dense and its surface can be polished to controlled roughness orange peel shape appearance. It has moderate friction coefficient so that it can let spinning fiber have moderate twisting force and tension. At the same time, it has semiconducting property and can eliminate static electricity caused by fiber friction.


Application:

Fiber wear-resistant coating: chemical fiber twisting spindle cup, chemical fiber hot roller groove drum, short fiber double twister wear parts, and all kinds of textile machine parts’ wear-resistant coating.


Coating material:

1. AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97%/3%): Grey coating, good corrosion resistance.

2. AT40 (Al2O3/TiO2 60%/40%): dense coating, good toughness, high bonding strength.

3. Cr2O3: High hardness, low friction coefficient, good corrosion resistance, abrasive wear resistance.
